At Mattel Creations, we want you to love your limited-edition fashion and collectibles. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original, unopened packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
